On the purchase and receipt of our photographs you are consenting to accept our terms and conditions as posted here.

We endeavour to produce high quality images which we are sure you will be happy to receive. Please respect that we hold the copyright on these images and thereby return to us to buy additional photographs. This retains our standard of quality.

When purchasing an image from OnSite Photography, you do not have the right to use, reproduce in any way, post, upload republish or distribute them. To distribute or display you will require the written consent of Onsite Photography.

By accepting our terms and conditions you agree to indemnify OnSite Photography and its directors and employees harmless from any and all losses, expenses, damages or costs resulting from your use of the photographs or from any violation of our terms and conditions.

Photographs are supplied as is, unless changes are specifically requested, such as colour change or picture style which may incur extra costs.

We do not disclose your information to third parties. Required information - Payment and Security

For card payments to be processed by internet orders we require the following:
Cardholders name, cardholders full postal address including postcode, mailing address if different, daytime telephone number, the credit card number, expiry date and the last three (four fo Amex) security digits on the signature strip on the reverse of the card.

When the order is placed at our secure web site, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Required information is protected by secure server software).

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of the product, refunds on photographs cannot usually be given unless the item is damaged on arrival and you have selected to receive the item by recorded delivery. If you have chosen to receive the photograph by 1st class post we cannot refund items damaged through postal damage. Please choose carefully when ordering as errors made on your part cannot be refunded.
