Onsite Photography are based near Burton-on-Trent in the East Midlands. All photographers attending events will have undergone a CRB check. Onsite Photography will only attend an event when requested to do so by the event organisers. Onsite Photography will hold the copyright on all photographs taken and future orders must be processed through the event organisers. Onsite Photography will not disclose personal or company details to third parties and will hold contact details for the use of Onsite Photography only. OnSite Photography is a trading name of Blue 4 Aftermarket Solutions Ltd, registered in England; No. 504775. Event organisers must ensure that all participants are aware that OnSite Photography are the official photographers attending the event. If participants are under the age of 16 their parents should be made aware that photography will be taken of the event and photographs will be available for purchase. All OnSite Photography staff will display a name badge on their clothing. OnSite Photography will take all reasonable precautions to ensure that photographs are not used inappropriately. Photographs are archived and kept for 2 years.
